AFNEX Commodities, a subsidiary of DiversotradeHoldings Ltd, was incorporated in 2025 to serve the agricultural, Minining and Industrial sector in Southern Africa. The company provides bagging of agricultural commodities, Soil specific fertilizer manufacturing, and supply chain optimization across agriculture.

EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
Jonathan Middleton is a Southern African logistics and agribusiness executive with
over 15 years of experience in fertilizer operations, warehousing, transport logistics,
and agricultural commodity trading across the SADC region. As the founder of AFNEX Commodities Group of companies he leads the company’s vision of strengthening regional food security and agricultural productivity through fertilizer manufacturing, commodity trading, and integrated supply chain solutions.
Jonathan has held senior leadership roles within major regional logistics and
warehousing groups, including serving as Group Commercial Officer at J&J
Africa, where he oversaw strategic commercial operations across Southern Africa.
His extensive experience spans fertilizer logistics, port operations, warehousing,
cross-border trade, and business development in Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and the
broader region.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Afrikaans, Jonathan is passionate about building
sustainable agricultural value chains, developing regional trade corridors, and
creating long-term partnerships that support economic growth throughout Africa.
